February 2023, Bengaluru: Brassa, an up-scale global restaurant located on St Mark’s Road, is all set to celebrate its first anniversary in full vigor. The premier rooftop restaurant began its journey with passion and dedication, depicted evidently through its impeccable reach and success over a year.

Dedicated to bringing a world-class mixology experience, its first-ever event, “Just Whisky-Ing Around” was in collaboration with Glenfiddich, one of the best Scotch whisky distilleries, and star mixologist Karthik Kumar. They continued strong, partnering with premium Australian craft distillery, Four Pillars Gin, Stranger and Sons, Masti Dubai, and Hennessy. Brassa’s relentless commitment to bringing an unmatched international dining experience continued as they hosted MasterChef Australia finalist Michael Weldon along with Qantas. Currently, Sarah’s Copper +Cloves pop-up offers a skilfully curated scrumptious menu that strikes a perfect balance between taste & health.

Living up to its legacy, Brassa was nominated for the Times Food & Nightlife Awards 2022. Along with being in the top 5 of the Greater T’s Bar Wars. In the short span of a year, Brassa has revolutionized the Bangalore cocktail culture. Their signature handcrafted concoctions include a wide range such as Imprint of Pleasure, Kemuri, and Amante are the embodiment of art in a glass and deliver a transcendent experience.
