ASSOCHAM hosts “Leadership Conclave 2022 & Excellence Awards”

The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), today organized “Leadership Conclave 2022 & Excellence Awards” in Kolkata. The Leadership Conclave was held to highlight new benchmarks being set in the business market with sustained performance, transformational leadership and risk-taking abilities. The conclave focused to bring forth awe-inspiring, record breaking, and admirable business sagas of leading brands and leaders of the country. The ASSOCHAM Leadership Awards had been organised to honour the Business Leaders, Corporate, and Business Teams who have taken a step and transformed businesses. The award acknowledges and celebrates exemplary leadership that has a significant and positive impact.

The meet was also attended by aspiring leaders, industry experts and leaders who believed in transformation who shared their stories and studies about the industry.

Business leaders of India, despite economic disruptions due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, have scaled newer heights in terms of innovations, business strategies and expansion due to the present favourable conditions being highly conducive to entrepreneurial activity and growth in the country. The purpose of the event was to provide a platform for the aspiring leaders, industry experts to voice the visions for a better future, support and strengthen professional relationships and network with transformational business teams. It was empowering for many as leaders and change makers shared their success stories and case studies to motivate and empower others.

Ltd., Mane Kancor Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. were awarded as CEO of the year and B2B Marketing or B2B Digital Marketing, MCKV Institute of Engineering were the Team Leaderwinner, JIS Group were the Transformational Leader of the Year, Amway was awarded as Customer Service Excellence Award (Consumer Protection Initiative), The WB Power Development Corp.
