Pune, 24 January 2025: The 23rd Edition of CREDAI-Pune Metro, one of the most anticipated real estate and development events in the region, concluded with resounding success. Inaugurated by Honorable Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation of India, Shri Muralidhar Ji Mohol the Property EXPO 2025 was held at the Agricultural College Grounds, Pune from 17th to 19th January 2025. The event brought together key stakeholders, industry leaders and innovators to discuss, showcase and shape the future of the real estate sector. During the event, the office bearers of CREDAI-Pune Metro engaged in a productive discussion with Shri Muralidhar Ji Mohol, sharing key suggestions for improving Pune’s infrastructure. The Minister listened attentively, acknowledging their inputs and demonstrating a keen interest in addressing the city’s developmental needs.
This year’s edition witnessed participation from over 18,000 visitors and prospective homebuyers, 1,100 channel partners, 57 trusted developers, and several HFI’s along with government officials and policy influencers. The theme of the event, “Khud ka Ghar” highlighted the growing emphasis on owning the house for first time Home buyers, upgraders and Investors.
The 23rd Edition of the CREDAI-Pune Metro Property EXPO 2025 provided an excellent platform for potential homebuyers to engage with leading developers while also hosting insightful panel discussions and knowledge sessions on , ‘The Essentials of Redevelopment for Home Owners’ which was moderated by Mr. Sanjay Deshpande (Partner Sanjeevani Developers), the panel featured Mr. Gautam Chatterjee (Ex-Chairman, MahaRERA & Chairman, Gruh Redevelopment Stakeholder Council), Mr. Suhas Patwardhan (Chairman, Maharashtra Co-Operative Housing Federation) and Mr. Vikram Karandikar (Managing Director, Chapalkar Karandikar). The 2nd session discussed the Role of Home Buyers in Eco-Friendly Practices, presented by Mr. Sandeep Sonigra, Managing Director of Orange County Group while Mr. Rahul Ajmera, Partner, Vasupujya Corporation, gave his interesting insights on ‘The Hidden Checklist for Homebuyers’.
