Mumbai, 15th November 2021: Mr. Ajith Kumar K K, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer of Federal Bank, has been conferred with the ’Leader of the Year’, Gold in the Economic Times Human Capital Awards. Ajith Kumar is a seasoned banker with more than 32 years of experience in various facets of banking, which includes heading branches, credit departments, zonal business units, business departments, etc. Mr. Ajith has overseen the Bank’s business in various states of the country before taking charge as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Bank. This vast experience helped Mr. Ajith introduce new policies/practices that align business objectives with HR functions propelling the Bank towards its vision to be the Most Admired Bank.
