In his new role, he will lead operations with a sharp focus on enhancing the guest experience and strengthening the brand’s presence in the region.
His work journey consists of multiple senior roles across reputed hospitality chains, such as IHCL, The Residency Hotel, and ITC Hotels.
Most recently, he served as Accommodation Manager at Fortune Landmark Ahmedabad, where he played a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue performance.
