Minister Sridhar Babu to Inaugurate FTCCI’s IITEX 2025 – Telangana’s Premier Industrial Innovation & Technology Expo
Hyderabad, June 16, 2025 – The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI), a 108-year-old apex industry body, will host the 2nd Edition of IITEX 2025 – Industrial Innovation & Technology Expo from June 27 to 29 at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad.
Telangana’s Hon’ble IT and Industries Minister, Mr. D. Sridhar Babu, will inaugurate the three-day expo as the Chief Guest, reinforcing the state’s commitment to promoting innovation-led industrial growth.
Speaking ahead of the event, Dr Suresh Kumar Singhal, President, FTCCI, stated, “The goal of IITEX is to empower industries—especially MSMEs—with the latest in technology and innovation, aligning with the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision of the Government of India.”
Key Highlights of the expo are it will have 110+ Stalls showcasing innovations in mobility, renewable energy, food processing, smart tech, packaging, cold storage solutions, machine tools, and industrial automation. Over 15,000 footfalls expected, fostering collaborations, tech adoption, and business opportunities. Entry is free to all visitors from 10 AM to 6 PM on all three days.
“This year’s edition will be larger, more diverse, and impactful,” said Dr. Suresh Singhal, President of FTCCI, during a press briefing. “It offers a panoramic view of the future of Indian industry.”
The expo enjoys support from key institutions including: MSME Ministry, Government of India (under its PMS Scheme), Government of Telangana, Invest India (NITI Aayog’s National Investment Promotion Agency), NASSCOM, T-Hub, NSIC, T-Works, TGREDCO, Atal Incubation Centre (AIC), and RICH.
According to Mr. Vimlesh Gupta, Convenor of the Expo, “IITEX 2025 is not just an exhibition—it is a transformative platform. It unites India’s industrial backbone with cutting-edge innovations from startups and technology leaders.”
Dedicated pavilions by NASSCOM and T-Hub will feature over 20 curated startups each, offering visitors a glimpse into India’s future-ready entrepreneurial landscape.
“Our commitment is clear—innovation is the backbone of industrial growth,” said Mr. KK Maheshwari, Vice President, FTCCI. “Through IITEX, we hope to institutionalise this momentum and move toward an annual format going forward.”
The event is supported by Truzon Solar (by Suntek), Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt. Ltd., and other partners driving sustainable and inclusive industrial growth.
Currently bi-annual, FTCCI would like to make it annual over time, KK Maheshwari said.
