The Executive Committee meeting of the Odisha Library Academy was held on 11th February 2023 at 5.00 p.m. at The Regional Medical Research Centre (ICMR (ICMR), Bhubaneswar, in which all the academy’s office bearers, as well as eminent library and information science professionals working outside Odisha, participated. Hybrid mode is used to run the programme.
The address by Academy President Dr. Banambar Sahu kicked off the programme. During the session, the Odisha Library Academy’s (OLA) 2023 road map was thoroughly reviewed, along with topics like filling open positions in various academic and public library setups, staffing strategies, and forthcoming events. This program renounced library information science professional Dr. D. B. Ramesh, Dr. Kishore Satpathy, Dr. Sunil Kumar Satpathy, Dr. Bibhuti Bhushan Sahu, Dr. Satyanarayan Sahu, Shri Rudra Narayan Behera, Shri Shishir Kumar Mohanty, Shri Bijayaketan Panda, Shri. Samarendra Das, Shri Jitendra Das, Dr. Bibhu Prasad Panda were present.
