India, 4th June 2025: Kapture CX, a leading AI-first customer experience platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of RudraPrasad Nanjundappa as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In this strategic role, RudraPrasad will spearhead implementation of Kapture’s Agentic AI product suite, customer success initiatives, enhance client engagement, and align customer-centric strategies to support Kapture CX’s ambitious global expansion plans

Prior to joining Kapture CX, RudraPrasad Nanjundappa was Regional Vice President-Professional Services at Eightfold AI where he helped establish the APAC PS team and oversaw enterprise product implementations for fortune customers across APAC and EMEA. In his career spanning ~23 years he has played leadership roles in organisations like Eightfold AI, LinkedIn, Cognizant, Infosys and also successfully co-founded a health-tech start-up. RudraPrasad has proven expertise in leading and building high performance teams in areas of CRM consulting, Professional Services, Customer Experience & Success helping global customers. His leadership is expected to be instrumental in elevating Kapture CX’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer value across diverse industries and geographies.

With a strong focus on leveraging Agentic AI, Kapture CX doubled its revenue in FY25, building on its recent $8 million funding round led by Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives.
