New Delhi – Chef Tarun Sibal, Entrepreneur and Co Founder, Titlie brings together a convergence of not just two restaurants but also different flavors & cultures. The core of this collaboration lies in its experiential course of action to bring forth the best of plates through a “gourmet causal” approach.
Through this association, Titlie, the Goa-based restaurant is set to bring a unique and joyful culinary profile to the capital. The three-day pop-up is a curation of Tarun’s signature Collaborative Cuisine featuring a 10-course menu (in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian variants), along with a selection of craft cocktails.
Together, both leading restaurants have created a unique blend of international and regional flavors that range from Titlie’s classic Hummus with Kurkuri Bhindi, Dal Bhutta Khees, to the hearty Butter Garlic Pepper Prawns, Sambhar Puree, Pol Sombol, Cucumber ending with Coconut Kulfi, Jaggery Toffee, Passion fruit, Banana Crumble to create a harmonious symphony of flavors. The pop-up menu showcases an assortment of redefined Indian dishes that are integrated with a contemporary flair, delivering an unparalleled culinary experience to entice the city’s discerning audience.
