Drawing inspiration from regional Italian kitchens and modern gourmet sensibilities, Toscano’s Monthly Special menu transforms pesto into the hero of the table. From the Antipasti-pesto platter served with spicy, flavor-packed options like Pesto Calabrese, Pesto verde, and Pesto alla olive, the menu celebrates the versatility and richness of pesto in every form, leading into delicious Potato gnocchi tossed in creamy arugula pesto. The heartier offerings include the long-cut Tagliatelle con pollo alla calabrese pesto and the robust Pizza al pesto calabrese, while mains such as Risotto al pesto di piselli e menta con salmone and Pollo grigliato con crosta di pesto di olive bring refined balance to the table. The experience concludes with indulgent desserts like the Seasonal mango almond cake with crème anglaise and vanilla ice cream, or the decadent English chocolate truffle cosmos served with raspberry sauce.
