AISECT announces strategic partnership with Redington Foundation to launch an ambitious skill training programme on advance IT courses

India April 01, 2023: To address the persisting gap between skills and employment in the country, India’s leading Social Enterprise that is working in the areas of Skill Development, Higher Education AISECT Group has partnered with Redington Foundation to launch employment Linked skill training program in advanced IT courses. The course will be offered across key industrial regions of the country such as Bengaluru, Tumkur, Hyderabad, Chennai, Salem, Puducherry, Pune and Indore. Through this project, AISECT aims to train approximately 690 candidates in the advanced IT courses of AI- Data Quality Analyst, AI- Data Scientist, Cloud Security Analyst, AI – Data Architect, Cloud Application developer, AI- Machine Learning Engineer, Cloud Consultant, IOT – Network Specialist. Post-training completion the candidates will be provided placement support as per the relevant job role in which the candidates have been trained.

This partnership aims to address the prevailing skill gap in the tech industry by providing technical upskilling in highly industrious towns and cities taking a leap towards creating solutions to create a large pool of skilled and certified workforce. The duration of the courses is 2-3 months, and the curriculum has been designed by industry experts with a focus on training the candidates in advanced IT courses due to the increase in digital transformations across all industries and the need for employees who can help organizations effectively manage their use of technology. The ever-evolving market and rapidly growing world of technology has brought in an increasing demand for advanced IT skills, which helped determine the courses for this project accordingly.
