Having initiated the rate cut cycle in February, the RBI is expected to further go ahead with another 25-bps cut in repo rate. This will also help in enhancing home loan eligibility for prospective borrowers.

Housing sales have shown signs of moderation and are marginally above the 1 lakh unit threshold in top 9 cities partially as a result of rising home prices.
