Gaurav Pandey brings over 23 years of experience across hospitality operations, learning and development, academic leadership, and pre-opening strategy, having worked with organisations such as the Indian School of Hospitality, Conrad Bengaluru, Jaypee Greens, and Sarovar Hotels. In his new role, he will lead learning initiatives, quality standards, and brand alignment, focusing on empowering teams to deliver consistent, welcoming service across the portfolio.
Commenting on his appointment, Gaurav Pandey said,

His focus will be on operational consistency, cost efficiency, and elevating the overall dining experience for guests.
