Oct 26: As the world argues over whether a car can really fly, Fevicol has offered a simpler explanation: some things just stick.

Days after Tesla’s Roadster demonstration drew global attention, Fevicol has released a new visual of a sports car clinging to a steeply curved ramp, with the Fevicol logo on the track beneath it. The caption reads “First Flying Car,” with “Flying” crossed out. The car isn’t flying, it’s held on by the bond.
The creative draws on the original demonstration, where the car was shown climbing a ramp and hanging upside down before launching off it, and where sustained flight remains unproven. It also reflects the brand’s long-running promise of an unbreakable bond, and its habit of joining the cultural conversation with a simple idea and a sharp punchline.
The idea was ideated and conceptualised by Schbang.
“When the internet is asking whether a car can fly, the more interesting question is what’s keeping it on the ramp. For Fevicol, the answer was always going to be the bond. We wanted to join the conversation the way the brand always has, with a simple idea and a sharp punchline,” said Puru Agarwal, Creative Director, Schbang.
