Bhutani Grandthum bags the ET Real Estate Award in the commercial sector

Bhutani Grandthum, an alluring commercial project at Greater Noida West, recently secured the “Commercial Project – Office Building (Metro: Ongoing)” award for The Economic Times Real Estate Awards 2022 – North. The glorious project bedazzled the jury with its unparalleled rapport as one-of-its-kind commercial property in NCR.

Launched in September 2019, the project is designed to match the expectations of a dream workplace and aligns itself strictly with Green Building Certification requirements. Making a noticeable impression on the jury and taking the lead to bag the award, the commercial space is a seamless blend of integrating ecological elements with a contemporary approach and encouraging sustainability while building spectacular office space.
