Pune, January 21, 2025: The Nanhagyan Foundation proudly hosted the Healing Light Awards at Patrakar Bhavan to honour the unsung heroes—coaches, and trainers—who are transforming society with their dedicated efforts. Conceived by Romal Surana, Founder of the Nanhagyan Foundation, the platform was created to recognize and celebrate these extraordinary individuals’ “ripples of good work”.
This National Level Award Function witnessed the participation of over 200 attendees, including 60 awardees from different cities and states across India. The foundation expressed heartfelt gratitude to the awardees who travelled to Pune to be part of this inspiring event.
The evening was graced by Chief Guest Sheetal Biyani, Founder of Sheetal Creations and Director of Pune Mirror Times. The event was supported by sponsors Ikshit Attarde, Founder of Elfactory, and Abhijeet Marathe, who has crafted unique storytelling experiences. Ridaan Array by Surabhi Aplesh, the gifting partner, added a thoughtful touch to the event with their contributions.
One of the most touching highlights of the evening was a performance by Special Needs children, whose energy and enthusiasm captivated the audience and elevated the spirit of the event. The awards ceremony was hosted by Uday Kulkarni, whose lively and entertaining hosting ensured the program flowed seamlessly and kept the audience engaged.
The Growth Icon Awards were presented to organizations that have made significant contributions to growth and development: Disney Group of Institutes, Peepal Foundation, and Vspeak Institute.
The presence of Guests of Honour, including Aditya Tiwari and Shringi Dubey, inspired the audience with their exemplary work and life lessons, making the evening even more vibrant and motivational.
A beautiful and heartfelt gesture by Sai Centre Chennai saw each awardee being gifted a handmade drawing and a laminated special thought, leaving recipients touched by this token of appreciation. The celebration was further sweetened by a delicious cake from Swati Chaudari, while Tanmay captured the essence of the event with his exceptional photography, preserving the precious moments forever.
