Chef Tikka Manpreet Singh, an expert in Punjabi cuisine, brings his years of experience for the second time to this special event at the Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. His culinary journey, which includes time spent in the royal kitchens of Punjab, allows him to present authentic Punjabi dishes with refinement and artistry. The specially curated menu serves guests a true taste of Punjab’s culinary legacy.
The menu is designed to satisfy every palate, featuring signature dishes such as Dar-Dari Seekh Kebab, Ferozepur Railway Mutton Curry, Paneer Bharwein Aam Ras, Tawey da Meat Walla Tikka, Meat Di Chaamp Adrak Walli, and Tikka Singh Da Meat Tarriwala, alongside vegetarian delights like Chooran Walli Bhindi, Chakunder Moongphali Di Tikki, and Ambi Walla Tandoori Paneer Tikka.
