The KCT Group, one of India’s leading diversified conglomerates, is expanding its leadership team, with the appointment of Yathish Kumar as Group Head – Marketing, signalling its commitment to growth and strategic expansion across its diverse business portfolio.

In this role, he will lead integrated marketing, brand and growth strategy across the Group’s portfolio spanning bulk commodity logistics (KCT), integrated aquaculture (The Waterbase Limited), commercial real estate (Indian City Properties), single-family office investments arm (Eraya Capital), CSR initiatives including KCT CSR, and the non-profit multi-disciplinary arts and culture centre Tri Art & Culture.
He joins KCT Group with over 16 years of experience, most recently serving as Head – Marketing Strategy, Research and Analytics at Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, where he led high-impact strategic initiatives, brand growth and differentiation, customer advocacy, marketing automation, CRM and data-driven performance frameworks.
His appointment comes as KCT continues to accelerate growth through innovation, synergies across businesses, with a long-standing commitment to impactful CSR focused on community development, sustainability, education, and healthcare.
