28th August 2024, Bhubaneswar: The Utkal Chamber of Commerce and Industry Limited (UCCIL) is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated Resurgent Odisha 2024: A Global Trade Show, set to take place from August 30th to September 1st, 2024, at JanataMaidan, Bhubaneswar.
This event, supported by the Government of Odisha and the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), promises to be a landmark occasion in Odisha’s economic and industrial journey.
Resurgent Odisha 2024 aims to showcase the tremendous growth and opportunities that Odisha offers in various sectors, including Information Technology (IT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), manufacturing, and more. The event is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and networking among industry leaders, experts, and stakeholders from around the globe.
Talking about Resurgent Odisha 2024, Mr Brahma Mishra, President, UCCIL said that, “Govt of India has set an ambitious plan to make India a 30 trillion dollar economy by 2047. To reach the target every state needs to contribute one trillion dollars each. In this context, as a vibrant economy, Odisha has to contribute substantially. The expo is aimed at supplementing the state to achieve the target. Representatives of different countries, embassies and industries, PSUs, MNCs, academic to participate in the expo. With the help of our partners we will prepare a white paper on how Odisha can achieve one trillion dollar economy target and will submit it to both the Centre and State Government.”
