Delight in dishes like Siap Sambal Matah, featuring roasted shredded chicken paired with raw Balinese sambal, lemongrass, chili, and kaffir lime. Savor the grilled marinated lamb known as Serapah Kambing, infused with fresh grated coconut and turmeric ginger. Enjoy Kambing Lalah Manis, where braised lamb is served with a sweet and spiced reduction alongside fragrant steamed jasmine rice. Experience Nasi Goreng Udang Sambel Embe, a Balinese fried rice dish with prawns, fried shallots, garlic, and sambal. Indulge in Ayam Betutu, a slow-roasted chicken infused with Balinese spices, served with chicken ball soup, and steamed rice.
