New Delhi, 23 October 2024: The national capital has opened its doors today to the most awaited expo in traffic, transport, road safety infrastructure, TrafficInfraTech Expo 2024 along with Road InfraTech Expo and Parking InfraTech Expo.
As India enhances its road transportation and infrastructure, the show has brought together 86 exhibitors who are showcasing products and technologies that aim to improve the daily management of traffic management, roads and parking with better solutions by the authorities in turn improving the convenience for commuters. India has seen a substantial growth in the traffic infrastructure with staunch improvement in road infrastructure making India the second largest road network.
The show will present industry’s best innovations and demonstrations over the three-days filled with huge engagement and networking opportunity.
The 12th edition of the TrafficInfraTech Expo was inaugurated today in the presence of the esteemed dignitaries from the industry gracing the occasion, as listed below:

The three-day event, organized by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India and VIS Group, will conclude on 24th October 2024.
Encouraging everyone to uphold features of sustainability and safety in product and service developments, Chief Guest Shri Mahmood Ahmed, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) conveyed, “First of all I thank everyone, the organisers and participants as you are rendering great services by doing something for the country and the world by imparting safety. There will be many discussions happening over the three days of the expo on smart mobility, road infrastructure, and transport sector. I believe the out of these discussions shall identify gaps, suggest possible solution which can be collectively presented to us with your suggestions, so we can add our bit and get those implemented, making our transport and traffic infrastructure sustainable and safe.”
The expo presents various products, tech-solutions and tools which facilitate Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for road operators and enforcement authorities. It can ensure efficient management of their networks. These tools facilitate real-time analysis of traffic flow, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), vehicle movement monitoring and more. Fast Tags for tolling systems, advanced CCTV surveillance, road safety signals and indicators, parking indicators, fuel monitoring system, and more products and technologies will create a vast spectrum of product showcase.
India’s commitment to improving its transportation framework is reflected in government initiatives for infrastructure development through various missions like Smart Cities Mission, Bharatmala Paryojana, the PM Gati Shakti plan and more. The expo highlights role of smart and tech-based products and solutions which will help the traffic operators and associated authorities to manage road congestion, networks and surveillance systems and etc to manage easily. Attendees can discover the real-time traffic analysis tools, automatic number plate recognition, systems and innovative parking solutions to alleviate congestion and enhance road safety.

The expo, apart from the exciting exhibition, is featuring specially curated knowledge sessions on theme – ‘Smart Mobility Conference 2024: Enabling Responsible Mobility’, power-packed round table discussions on urban mobility traffic and infrastructure, setting up intelligent transportation systems, challenges in integration and scaling of human centric Advanced Traffic Management System, intelligent and smart camera systems and various case studies.
