Dubai UAE- May 28th, 2024: Avighna Production in association with MNZ Global and Danube Properties, hosted “MUSIC MASTI MADNESS” and “DUBAI SENSATION BUSINESS EXCELLENCE Awards 2024 “at Gems Modern Academy, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai made the weekend dazzling.

This memorable evening recognized the achievements of outstanding Businesses and individuals across the UAE, recognizing their significant contributions to the community and various industries.

The event was graced by the presence of prominent figures such as Ms Eman Al Hashimi, the UAE’s first Music composer, Sheikh Mohamed Zayed bin Al Qasimi, Sheikh Rashid Bin Abdullah Al Mualla, Mr. Ali Mohammed Al-Mazem, Ms Sameera Suliman Mohamed, Mr. Ahmed Al Hosani, Mr. Omar Saeed Al-Aseeri and Ms Kalpana Iyer. There were special guests from India , Mr. Benyamin (Benny) the Movie Writer of “The Goat Life ” film, and Ms. Aishwarya Dasari, the playback singer known for her hit song “Jamal Jamaloo from Bollywood Film “Animal”. Their presence underscored the importance of celebrating both Musical talents and Business excellence in the region.

Followed by the prestigious awards ceremony, and the much Anticipated “MUSIC MASTI MADNESS” presented by Music India Dubai, took center stage. This Musical extravaganza offered a night of dazzling and electrifying performances, allowing UAE stars to shine and showcase their incredible talents. The night was filled with a rich array of entertainment. Performers sang songs in various languages, showcasing the diverse cultural heritage of the UAE. The dancers from “Just Dance” lit up the stage with their electrifying routines, leaving everyone in awe. The musical acts were outstanding, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration that resonated deeply with all of us.

The event drew an enthusiastic crowd of close to 800 attendees, creating a vibrant atmosphere where emerging artists captivated the audience with their standout performances. ‘Skyz’ by Danube Receives Overwhelming Response by Clocking 60 percent Sales

Danube Properties, the UAE-based affordable housing pioneer and one of the most dynamic and popular private real estate developers in the UAE, has announced that its recently launched Skyz Tower project has been 60% sold out. The affordable homes at Skyz Tower come with Danube Properties’ trend-setting 1 percent payment plan that helps middle income tenants and end-users to easily acquire their dream homes.

The most desirable project Skyz Tower will be developed by Danube Properties at the Arjan master-planned community in Dubai, close to the Miracle Gardens, opposite to Motor City, Dubai Hills Estates and Dubai Hills Estate Mall with the easiest access to Mohammed Bin Zayed highway. A residential project with a development value of Dh475 million, Skyz Tower is a Mediterranean-themed high-rise residential tower with elegantly-designed apartments, retail outlets and recreational facilities with a development value exceeding Dh475 million.
