Delegation from the US and Local Government Officials Visit the Amneal Manufacturing Site in India

Mumbai, August 2023: Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The visit to the Amneal site showcased the company’s advanced automation and complex medicine capabilities, the general complexities of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the importance of investing in technologies that ensure the availability of safe and effective medicines. Amneal’s site in Matoda is one of the Company’s 12 pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Wishes and Blessings empowers children to promote sustainability on Raksha Bandhan

New Delhi, August, 2023: In a heartwarming initiative, Wishes and Blessings, an NGO dedicated to making a difference in the lives of underserved communities, concluded a skill development program for children at their Saahas Centre on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

Career progression takes center stage for employees in India

Chennai,  August 2023: The ADP® Research Institute’s People at Work 2023: A Global Workforce View reveals that employees globally are grappling with uncertainties in their career paths, and are seeking reassurance and growth opportunities. In India, one in four employees state that career progression is one of the top three priorities at workplace.

Factors such as uncertain economic conditions, layoffs, rapid automation, and other transformative events like Gen AI have collectively contributed to this prevailing feeling of instability.

In India, when respondents were asked about their prospects for career advancement through promotions, nearly half of the workforce (49%) stated they were eagerly anticipating securing a promotion within the next 12 months.

In India, notable 43% of employees are of the opinion that they will engage in augmented skills and training to enhance their career options in the future. Within organizational settings, dialogues revolving around career advancement and personal development have gained substantial prominence. In particular, a significant three out of every four workers (75%) actively participate in conversations with their employers on how to improve their career prospects.

Surveying the skills landscape of the next five years, management skills take the lead in perceived importance, followed closely by interpersonal skills, often referred to as people skills, and data analysis skills.
