Mumbai, January 19, 2023 – ADP® a global technology company providing human capital management (HCM) solutions, today announced that it has acquired Securax Tech Solutions (India) Private Limited, our valued partner for time and attendance solutions in the APAC region, headquartered in Bengaluru, India.
Securax was founded in 2012 and serves more than 500 customers across multiple countries. The company offers robust, scalable cloud-based enterprise time, attendance and workforce management software, along with a range of easy to deploy biometric devices.
The post-pandemic world has seen the emergence of a distributed and remote workforce with a high proportion of contingent and gig workers. Enterprises face challenges in managing this highly mobile workforce with the added complexity of frequently changing regulations. ADP’s combined time and payroll solutions will enable clients to manage their workforce efficiently and optimize productivity.
