Gurugram, 18th November 2021: To commemorate the birth anniversary of the “Flying Sikh” late Shri Milkha Singh, Enviro—the facility management arm of Vatika Group is going to organize Midnight Run (#mainbhiMilkha)—a grand marathon run at Vatika INXT in Gurugram. Marathon will be flagged off by DCP Manesar Mr. Manbeer Singh. The event that will begin at 12:00 am (20th November 2021) at the midnight will see participants competing in various categories (5K,10K, 21K, and 36K) to cherish the inspiring life of the great athlete. The event has already received over 520 registrations and is being organised in conjunction with DHAAVAK.

His contribution in the field of sports is matchless and this marathon run is our humble tribute to celebrate his dedication and service to the country. We hope that this event will inspire everyone to enjoy and participate in sports for a healthy society and a fit India. We also believe that events like this will motivate more youngsters to choose sports as a career option and make our country proud at the global level,” said Lt Col. Mehta VP Operations (Residential), Enviro.

The 4-hour long marathon run will be held between Vatika Town Square-I, Sector-82, and Vatika INXT, New Gurugram. All the participants are required to assemble at the venue at 11 pm. Refreshments will be also provided post-completion of the event.
