Business updates

Wider reach through Prime Video and JioFastTV. In August 2026, JOJO made its Gujarati catalogue available through a Prime Video India add-on subscription. JOJO TV also went live on JioFastTV under a distribution arrangement with Jio Platforms Limited.

A larger presence on connected televisions. On October 1, JOJO TV went live on Samsung TV Plus as part of its free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) offering in India.

Tata Play Binge goes live. On November 2, 2026, JOJO announced that its application had gone live on Tata Play Binge, making the catalogue accessible through another established entertainment platform.

Access through ISP and cable networks. JOJO is extending distribution through Playbox TV, which gives its Gujarati content a route to audiences served by internet service providers (ISPs) and a wider base of cable-connected households.

Content across formats. JOJO continues to build its catalogue of Gujarati films, web series, originals, nataks and family entertainment through its streaming and production businesses.

Management commentary

Dhruvin Shah  |  Founder & Managing Director, JOJO Limited

“October was special for us because JOJO completed three years. When we started, we had one simple belief: Gujarati stories deserved a much larger audience. Making good content is one part of the job. Helping it find its audience is just as important.

In the past few months, our stories have become easier to discover through Prime Video, JioFastTV, Samsung TV Plus and Tata Play Binge. Each of these steps brings us closer to viewers who may not have found JOJO otherwise.

We have spent the last three years investing in content, working with creators and building ways to reach audiences. This quarter, standalone revenue grew more than fourfold year-on-year to ₹4.52 crore. For the first half, standalone revenue was ₹8.67 crore and net profit was ₹1.55 crore. It is encouraging to see our work start showing in the financials, although we still have a lot to do.

We want to tell better stories, work with more creators and take Gujarati entertainment to more homes in India and overseas. For families living away from Gujarat, we hope JOJO can also be a way to stay connected to the language and stories they grew up with.”

Outlook

JOJO will continue expanding access to its Gujarati content through streaming platforms, smart televisions, ISP networks and cable households, while investing in original content and intellectual property. Management will pursue monetisation across subscriptions, content licensing, advertising-supported streaming and production.
