02 November: LS Digital, a leading global integrated Digital Business Transformation (DBT) company, today announced the launch of Commerce One, a commerce growth platform. Commerce One helps consumer brands with insights on where and how to grow, including which channels, categories, products and launches to back. It then helps connects those insights to action across strategy, planning and execution, unifying more than 10 marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
Indian consumer brands typically operate across a dozen or more storefronts simultaneously, with each channel managing its own data, advertising consoles, and operational rhythms. Commerce One addresses this fragmentation by combining a shared data foundation with six specialised products organised into three connected stages: Observe, Navigate and Execute.
The Observe stage gives brands a continuous read of the market, covering digital shelf performance, category and competitor movement, and emerging demand. The Navigate stage turns that read into growth priorities, showing which products, channels and categories to back and where inventory needs to be. The Execute stage puts those priorities into action through retail media and product-page optimisation. All three stages share one data foundation, so results in market feed directly into the next round of planning.
All six products under Commerce One read from and write back to the same data foundation, allowing results from one stage to inform the next.
Commerce One has been piloted with eight brands across personal care, baby care, beauty, beverages, food, home and hardware, spanning marketplaces and quick commerce. Early outcomes from individual pilots show how sharper growth decisions translate into commercial results. For a leading skincare brand, shelf intelligence on Flipkart showed where shoppers were converting, and shifting investment to those placements improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by 1x. For a heritage tea brand, aligning restocking and media priorities across six platforms grew ad revenue by 25% in the pilot quarter. For a home and furniture brand, Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) fell by 22% with no increase in spend.
Commenting on the launch, Prasad Shejale, Founder and CEO, LS Digital, said, “Commerce in India is no longer a single-channel game. Brands are growing across marketplaces, quick commerce and their own storefronts at the same time, and the hardest question is no longer how to run each channel, but where to invest for growth. Commerce One gives brands a connected view of the market to make those choices with confidence, and to act on them at speed.”
Adding to this, Nitin Kumar Kosari, Business Head, eMarket, LS Digital, said, “Every brand faces the same questions: which products can scale, where to launch next, where penetration is lagging, and how to allocate inventory and media across channels. We built Commerce One to answer those questions with data rather than instinct, and to carry those answers through to execution.”
With Commerce One, LS Digital aims to help consumer brands move from managing individual channels to shaping a single growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce.
