SEEN PINKY REDDY AND GADWAL VIJAYALAKSHMI AND OTHER INVITED GUESTS EXPERIENCING AMULYAMS TABLEWARE

Speaking on the occasion immediately after its inauguration, Ms. Vijayalakshmi said, the collection is unique. I haven’t seen such a collection before. They are unique and only of its kind. Today online is the mainline. I suggested they go online as well because there will be a huge virtual market for their products as they are most sought after. I wish they expand their footprint fast with more branches Pinky Reddy admired the collection at the Amulyam Hyderabad store set up by Sushanth and Agarwal, the co-founders of the Amulyam startup. It is a one-stop shop for unique artefacts and wedding gifts. It is a paradise for houseware. I am surprised at the amazing collection. I didn’t expect to be so before I walked in. I will be their client very soon.

Mr Sushanth Agarwal and Mrs Trishala Agarwal, the husband-and-wife duo co-founded this start-up. They began their journey from a small room in their apartment with pickle making. Now after four years of hard struggle, they have come with their maiden store at Road No 12, Banjara Hills.

The store is the only one of its kind, dedicated to wedding gifts, silverware, and tableware. It brings to light the forgotten art and craft forms—Pichwai, Jodhpur, Udaipur of CUTLERY AND CROCKERY including the famous Karimnagar silver filigree artefacts (sourced from artists who are presently in the news for their unique wedding gifts for high-profile wedding of Ambanis). The cutlery speaks and tells the entire wedding story.

The inaugural function was graced by city’s well known socialites. Some of them include Ritu Shah, the immediate past chairperson of FLO, and several FICCI Ladies Organisation members.

Amulyam, meaning Priceless or Unique, is a start-up with a larger purpose of promoting Indian arts and crafts through luxury lifestyle and home décor items while ensuring recognition and dignity to Indian artisans. We will be expanding to five other major cities in the country in the next three years period, informed Sushanth The crockery speaks and tells various stories of architecture, nature, and culture from our deep and rich heritage, Trishala said.

We offer tableware that speaks and tells stories of ancient India, good old traditions of a unique Indian institute called marriage, she said.

The tableware breathes new life into any home and is the perfect addition to any modern or traditional home, explained Sushanth.

The Pichwai tableware collection, for instance, is characterised by its intricate details, colours, and depictions of Lord Krishna’s life and teachings. They are known for aesthetic beauty. They are rich in symbolism and carry deep spiritual significance, he said.

The Mayur Dwar Collection draws inspiration from the architecture and grand entrances of the Akshardham and is laden with a 24k Gold hand screen that adds a touch of royalty, said Trishala.
