Speaking on the occasion immediately after the inauguration Mr K. T Rama Rao said Woxsen is no less than any world-class University in the west. it is truly amazing. This is my first visit and it is truly amazing. I was told that I have to see it to believe it.

What I liked the most besides many other things is its emphasis on Research. You can not push innovation without good strides in Research and producing world-class entrepreneurs. Most of the renowned private institutions have taken this step and Woxsen is treading in the right direction with its focus on research.

I found students to be very confidence in my interactions with them. Woxsen currently houses1200 students at its residential campus and I wish them all the best in their goal to achieve15000 soon.

Appreciating his world-class Vision, Mr. K. T Rama Rao mentioned to Mr. Praveen K. Pula, Founder & President of the University, that he must continue to invest in Telangana and the government of Telangana is always with you.

To the 50+ business leaders who were part of the inauguration, Mr KTR urged them to explore the German model of apprenticeship and support Woxsen by offering practical exposure to the students while studying.

Ms Sabitha Indra Reddy expressed her happiness adding that the way Woxsen is grooming their students to face the growing world with so much confidence is commendable.

We started this journey in 2014 with a burning ambition to make it one of the top world-class institutions. In this journey, we have achieved many milestones. Our students stood 3rd in India, 5th in Asia and 25th in the world in Bloomberg Global Challenge.

We are in the process of building Asia’s largest sports facility by 2026. We believe that sports and education go hand in hand with building good corporate leaders. We will not rest until we make it global top 50, said Praveen K. Pula

This heralds a new generation of self-learning centres in higher education, it is added.

The third adddition is ‘The League’, a mega Sports Complex, which can be claimed as amongst the best sports infrastructure in South Asia. From two 5-a-side Football Fields with FIFA Quality Pro Synthetic Turf to a Box Cricket arena with a Pitch to ICC-Standard Cricket Ground and others, The League is spread over 10 acres, accommodating a wide range of sports facilities not many campuses offer.
