Gallery G Presents: Mosaic of Modernity – Exploring Diversity in Art

Gallery G, in collaboration with the Sandeep & Gitanjali Maini Foundation, proudly announces its latest exhibition, Mosaic of Modernity: Exploring Diversity in Art. This unique group show, running from July 15 to August 15, 2024, will showcase the works of eight exceptionally talented artists from across India, each bringing their distinct genre and medium to the gallery.

From the mythical to the abstract, from oils to acrylics, and from calmness to a vibrant melange
of colors, this exhibition promises to be an inspirational and creative awakening. The artists
featured in this show are:

 Featured Artists:
Jai Khanna – Known for his vibrant use of colour and intricate detailing, Jai Khanna’s work often explores themes of mythology and spirituality. His paintings are a visual feast, merging traditional Indian motifs with contemporary aesthetics.

 Dinesh Magar – Dinesh Magar’s pieces are celebrated for their bold compositions and dynamic energy. His work often reflects his deep connection with the Almighty and nature, using forms and textures to evoke a sense of peace and spirituality.

 Aarohi Singh – Aarohi Singh is a versatile artist whose portfolio includes everything from folk art to modernist interpretations. Her work is characterised by its rich narratives and vibrant palettes, drawing from Indian cultural heritage.

 Damodar Aware – A master at abstractionism, Damodar Aware’s paintings are distinguished by their serene and contemplative qualities. His work often depicts landscapes and natural elements, capturing their pensive beauty on his canvas.

 Tushar Shinde – Tushar Shinde’s art is a celebration of colour and form. His paintings are known for their expressive strokes and bold patterns, often inspired by urban life and the bustling energy of cityscapes. His works are also bold experiments of dimension and form.

 Runa Biswas – Runa Biswas’s work delves into themes of identity and memory. Her mixed media creations are deeply personal, often incorporating elements of collage and text to create layered, introspective pieces.

Annamicka Kuchhan – Annamicka Kuchhan’s art is a blend of tradition and modernity. Her works feature delicate brushwork and subtle hues, exploring themes of nature and life.

 Tridib Bera – Tridib Bera’s distinctive style is marked by bold lines and dramatic contrasts. His sculptures often explore human emotions and societal issues, using a powerful visual language to provoke thought and dialogue.

 Each artist brings a unique perspective and thematic ideology, creating a diverse and enriching experience for all art enthusiasts. The show aims to blend varied artistic expressions, highlighting the rich cultural tapestry of India.

Ahmedabad, 25th January 2022: Astral Adhesives, part of Astral Limited and India’s leading adhesives manufacturer launched a nationwide campaign for its epoxy adhesive brand – Bondtite. Celebrating 25 years of Bondtite, TVC highlights the efficacy of the product and its wide application across the nation that binds varied states into one. This is conceptualized in sync with republic day which unifies India.

The TVC narrates the bonding between two diverse regions and specific materials that signifies the essence of unifying the country as a whole. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, India’s different materials are bonded with Bondtite with proven efficacy and application. On the occasion of India’s republic day and completing 25 strong years of Bondtite, the campaign synergises between the emotions of unifying the nation into one. The TVC delivers glimpses of India’s diverse culture and uniqueness thereby bonding different parts of India alike different products; Metal to Glass, Granite to Marble, Wood to metal and thereon.

Bondtite has the widest range of epoxy adhesives in India and leads the epoxy adhesives market due to its product and quality competitiveness. With the recent launch of Bondtite PRO, Astral Adhesives is raising the bar many notches upward.

Compaq India Signs Distribution Agreement with Ingram Micro for India

Compaq India and Ingram Micro

Compaq, one of the major brands of a premium range of smart TVs and wireless Soundbar series in India, signed a Distribution Agreement with Ingram Micro, one of the top global distributors, to double down on its offline reach.

Compaq India’s with Ingram micro has targeted to achieve 1 billion dollar revenue by 2025. By this agreement, Ingram Micro is now accredited to distribute and promote Compaq’s portfolio of smart TV and soundbar series through its colossal offline distribution and retail network in India.

Compaq has just launched its new TV series called HUEQ and wireless soundbar series called HORG to bring a better home theatre customer experience.

“I am very delighted to associate with Ingram in India as this will aid us to reach out to more Channel Partners & System Integrators. Consumer Electronics business in India is growing and Compaq being the pioneer of lifestyle products will bring great value-added products for customers at very attractive prices“, said Mr. Sandeep, Group Chairman, Compaq.

Compaq is also in the process of constituting a manufacturing plant in India this year as well as setting up distribution in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Gulf countries.
