VST Tillers Tractors Ltd reported Net profit of Rs 44.93 Cr, up by 23 Percent YoY, for the quarter ended Sept 30th, 2024

Bengaluru, 4th Nov 2024: VST Tillers Tractors Limited (VST), India’s leading farm equipment manufacturer, today announced their financial results for the quarter and half year ended Sept 30, 2024.

For the Quarter, VST achieved the turnover of Rs 283.43 Cr, up from Rs 278.51 Cr in the second quarter of last year. The profit before taxes is Rs 57.53 Cr, up 16% from Rs 49.66 Cr in the same period previous year. Net profit rose by 23% to Rs 44.93 Cr YoY.

On year-to-date basis, the turnover is at Rs 474.02 Cr, compared to Rs 524.65 Cr in the first half of last year. The unfavorable circumstances in the first quarter of this year, which is now recovering from Q2, are the cause of the turnover’s degrowth. Maintaining the same margin on sales, the profit before taxes is Rs 85.47 Cr as opposed to Rs 92.25 Cr of last year. Net profit stood at Rs 67.78 Cr as against Rs 69.44 Cr last year.

VST Zetor range of tractors, jointly developed by VST Tillers Tractors Ltd and HTC Investments a.s, announced its entry into the Rajasthan market and delivered the first set of tractors to the farmers of Hanumangarh. VST Tillers Tractors and VST Zetor also inaugurated its first dealership in the state, Sihag Auto & Farm-Tech Pvt Ltd, in Hanumangarh. Mr. K.K. Tiwari, Business Head, Tractors, VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. inaugurated the dealership and handed over the first tractor to customers. Over 1500 farmers attended the inaugural event.

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd Net profit surged by 65 Percent to Rs 86.39 Cr for the Nine months ended Dec 23

Bengaluru, February’ 2024: VST Tillers Tractors Limited (VST), India’s leading farm equipment manufacturer, announced their Quarter 3 and Nine-month results for the financial year 2023-24.

For Nine months, VST has achieved a turnover of Rs 694.61 Crore compared to Rs 683.82 Crore during the corresponding period of the previous financial year, an increase of 1.60%. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation & amortization (EBIDTA) rose by 45% to Rs 134.5 Cr compared to Rs 92.4 Cr during the same nine-month period of the previous year. Net profit stood at Rs 86.39 crore for YTD Dec 23 compared to Rs.52.22 crore YTD Dec 22 with a growth of 65%.

For the quarter, VST reported a turnover of Rs. 169.96 crores. The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation & amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs 27.70 crore for Quarter 3, which is 14.7 % of total revenue. In the previous year Q3, the EBITDA margin was 14.6%.

The company has also registered growth of 38% in the export of tractors for nine months of FY24. The joint venture entity, VST Zetor Pvt Ltd., between the company and HTC Investments a.s (owner of the brand “Zetor”) commenced operations in the quarter.

Major attractions at the stall were the remote-controlled power tiller, electric start 16 HP power tiller & 932 DI owners’ tractor (32 HP category).
