Gurugram: KIIT World School, Gurugram, in cooperation with Curio, recently organized a specific teacher’s training workshop on “The 4 C’s and Classroom Strategies.” Ms. Rose, a qualified international multi-talented trainer with a notable background in psychology and mass communication, led this amazing session designed for pre-primary and primary teachers.

Teachers Training

The workshop aimed to improve various methods of teaching according to the foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) requirements and the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) concepts. Based on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020’s 4 C’s framework, the training focused on creativity, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.

Ms. Rose addressed teachers in creative ways to connect teaching strategies with the FLN and ECCE standards. Through several fruitful exercises, the program explored the development and cultivation of good communication and creative skills, giving teachers the tools they need to create a safe and happy learning environment in the classroom.

Dr. Neelima Kamrah, Principal of KIIT World School, expressed her gratitude for the session, saying, “We are committed to our teachers’ ongoing professional development. Teachers gained important insights and useful strategies from this session, which was conducted in collaboration with Curio, to improve their teaching approaches. This training is a big step toward our aim of providing students with a learning environment that is both exciting and loving.”

After the workshop, everyone was inspired and satisfied, prepared to use their new knowledge and techniques to help their students grow and develop in the classroom.
